Summit Valuations, LLC, a full service valuation company, is proud to announce that their Market Intelligence Tool, a critical component to their quality control process, now accompanies each BPO provided to Summit clients. Summit Valuations is powered by Default Servicing Technologies' web based valuations platform.
Summit's quality process starts with agent selection; only prequalified agents holding an active real estate license verified by Summit are admitted to Summit's agent panel. Panel members are continually graded on their performance and must provide thorough, quality valuations on time with a high level of accuracy. Summit utilizes a proprietary, multi-faceted quality assurance process with hundreds of check points to validate accuracy and mitigate errors. Additionally, every field in each valuation is hand reviewed by a member of our quality assurance team, all of whom have undergone appraiser training. The quality control process is managed by Gary Ward, Summit's Chief Appraiser.
A critical step of Summit's quality control process consists of deeper analysis of the data via another layer of quality control utilizing Summit's proprietary Market Intelligence Tool. The Market Intelligence Tool taps into the unified data warehouse to query similar listings and solds surrounding each subject property. Integrating Google maps, Summit's Market Intelligence Tool provides advanced, interactive insight into the subject property, as well as the subject's immediate neighborhood market conditions. In addition to helping Summit maintain high quality standards, the Market Intelligence Tool is now accessible by Summit's clients as another tool in their due diligence arsenal.
