Quality Process
Summit's quality process starts with the pre-qualification of all agents and appraisers in our panel. Summit's panel of agents and appraisers are eligible for valuation assignments only if they have experience in the industry, a valid real estate license and no history of disciplinary action. Our agents and appraisers are continually graded on their performance and must provide thoughtful, quality valuations on time with a high level of accuracy to remain in the Summit panel.
Summit utilizes a proprietary, multi-faceted quality assurance process with hundreds of automated checks to mitigate errors. Additionally, every field in every valuation is hand reviewed by a member our quality assurance team, all of whom have undergone appraiser training.
As an integral part of Summit's quality process, we meet with each client on a regular basis to ensure the quality control process is customized to meet their specific requirements for quality and accuracy. Our quality assurance team is led by Summit's Chief Appraiser, Gary Ward who has over 27 years of experience. The team adheres to industry best practices and procedures to ensure an accurate comparative real estate valuation.
