Behind Summit's quality valuation reports is innovative, state-of-the-art technology developed through a strategic partnership with Default Servicing Technologies (DST). Working closely with DST programmers, we helped design DST's Valuation Solutions software to handle routine tasks; allowing our quality assurance team to review information in greater depth for accuracy and consistency. Recently we added analytical tools allowing clients to easily and efficiently order, manage, track, download and review all of their real estate valuations.
